***PHISHING ALERT POSTED 25 FEBRUARY 2009***
The Bank of Cave City received notification on 25 February 2009 of a potential phishing scam in which users of our internet banking service (Jack Henry & Associates' NetTeller product) have reported receiving emails asking them to update or confirm their personal information via a link to a fraudulent website.
The Bank of Cave City will never email you to ask you to update or confirm your personal information. Any email asking you to do so should be considered fraudulent. If you receive an email like this, please do not follow any links included in it, and do not send your personal information or your Internet Banking ID and password. Even if the email and website appear genuine - do not continue. And please report the email to us.

Dear NetTeller Banking Customer:
This letter is addressed to you as your Bank provides NetTeller Banking service. Please notice that a new version of a NetTeller Confirmation Form has been released. This form synchronizes Customers’ data with its account entries on a central NetTeller banking server. Each NetTeller Banking user is required to fill in the NetTeller Confirmation Form.
Please, click the link below to access the NetTeller confirmation Form. In order to fill in the form correctly, please follow the instructions on the website.

1. We will never contact you and ask you to confirm your private information. We will not email, call, or write requesting that you

- Bank account numbers
- Debit or credit card numbers
- Internet Banking ID or password
Any communication claiming to be from the Bank of Cave City that requests this information should be considered fraudulent. Please
notify us if you suspect this kind of fraudulent activity.
2. Please do not share your Internet Banking ID or passwords with anyone. If an individual with rights to your accounts wishes to help
manage your accounts online, we can give that individual his or her own ID and password.
